Thank you again for the warm welcome! I need to ask is anyone here had dealt with addiction? I’ve had years without even touching a drink and then comes the days when i can’t help myself. Last 2 years have passed with only social drinks and such … but the last couple of days i downed a liter of whiskey. When do i need to worry? When do i know is to much? My state of mind doesn’t help me figure this out. I am 30 y.o. i should know but i need guidance!

I don’t know much about addiction, but I think you know it’s enough when you start craving for more drinks than usual. I think it’s best to ask a professional for further advice
