The real issue is any moisture in the floor / structure after it’s all fixed. That’s what can cause problems, especially if wood is present.

At the end of my fourth year of this school if I failed any classes which I did they were going to sue me
And make me pay for the class I failed
One class is 5,000 dollars
You know. How know this my mom’s friend had a kid that what here
And failed a class and sued for 10,000
So this was a gift in disuge

I’m with you on that, I’m passionately anti trump but to answer @the_termin8r I’m positive it would make national headlines if they were fining kids for missing a course
