That’s something we always do in the summer when we see each other(my cousins), we call it “Kratzeis”, = scratching ice😅 because you’re scratching the frozen juice(i always take black currant juice, i rhink that’s the best one for freezing it, but the others take other tastes too)
It’s so simple and i find it extremely good, especially on hot days, bc it’s so cold and refreshing and you can always make a new one.
Also, the process of how you eat it is kind of addicting, i love the sound and the consistency of it:joy:
