I normally wear sippers or just socks when I am home

My family has always said you need out door shoes and indoor shoes

By ‘shoes’ I mean the ones you go outside with, slippers don’t count.

For a second, o thought this statement was out of the blue :joy::sweat_smile: then I realized you meant because of the poll :grimacing: then again…probably true :joy::sweat_smile:

I’m actually not finicky at all about cleanliness…I’m of the thought that its best to be exposed to stuff like germs :crazy_face:

And on the shoes one, the carpets take a beating with all I track in lol but just used to having shoes on

Walking in shoes around the house is impractical, one needs to clean the floors more often. And if you have allergies, it’s unhealthy to have dust and sand in the house.
Sorry, but I just can’t understand those people in US movies, they don’t put their shoes off even when going to bed. But it’s dirty! And the bed should be clean! :no_mouth:

Next question for those who don’t wear shoes in the house:

Do you put your shoes off before or after entering the house?

This, it just brings all the dirt and bacteria in from outside.

We’ve got two doors, with a space between them, shoes don’t go past that point.

You know summer to be your favorite! You know this to be true! :smirk_cat: That Portuguese beach and sunshine and the parks and how happy the cool breezes that occasionally blow through make you feel! :crazy_face:

The portuguese beaches and sunshine are the best, yes. But the summer is getting hotter and longer!!! This summer we had a 47 ºC all weekend long!!! and during the week (which i was working btw) 45 ºC!!! :persevere::persevere::persevere:
Too much summer is bad!!!
In the winter is pretty cold here too! we have snow in the north :sunglasses:

Portugal is the ultimate country with all the seasons :sunglasses:
