Lol - thanx for the story Rob and fun fact: I have a SE too and I love it like I love my car… it’s the first mobile I actually have a connection with and it was selfexplanating when I bought it back then - but it was nice to read a real @the_termin8r original report you made my day
Is your one the original or the one that came out this year?
It’s the original from back then- it has jacks… it’s the case of the i-phone 5 with the software of the iPhone 6…
The original made more sense, this one is just dumb.
I think my phone has finally had its first hardware failure (me smashing the back doesn’t count because I did that). The charge status LED seems to have died, which is odd considering the ridiculous life span LEDs typically have. I’m guessing it’s a hardware failure, because I couldn’t find a setting to turn it on or off. The message status LED is still fine though.
If anything, I’m glad it bruned out because it was actually kind of annoying me out of the corner of my eye on my desk.
Do I even f I have such an led?! lol- and it seems to be good switched off when it was annoying…
I have to mention it, your phone gave me a new respect for apple
I must confess it was abnormal often falling down while you were here- but yeah!! it´s STABLE
Why, what happened?
As @theearlywalker already stated, she smashed it probably like 10 times in the time we were together. Without any shell.
Picked it up again, all fine.
exactly this
You know how much abuse mine has been through lol. Dropping it from a table is one thing, flinging it into a celing so hard that you dented the ceiling and dropping it out of a window onto some rocks is another thing. Like I said before, mine only cracked because I didn’t glue it together properly and the glass had room to flex.
Hell, even my old S3 mini that slid across tarmac at 30 MPH after a Banshee crash was fine (besides some paint scuffage), then 10 mins later it was crushed by Banshee again. That time it did crack, but the phone still works as terribly as it did before the crash. lol

great footage
Life Pro Tip:
Don’t install anti-virus on your phone. Specifically don’t install Norton. I’ve left Malwarebytes on there because it seems a lot lighter, I’ll monitor it over the next few days. I installed them the other day because my phone randomly restarted itself in the night with no indication of what caused it. I was lying in bed and noticed my ceiling get brighter, took me a moment to realise my phone was doing something.
In other news, my charge LED appears to have resurrected itself and is fine again. Also, my dad spent a lot of yesterday setting up parts of my mum’s phone and trying to teach her (someone so far detched from tech, that most times she has to ask me how to copy and paste) how to use it. I could hear a fair amonut of rage downstairs. I think they’re finally starting to see why I refuse to be within 10 miles of anything made by apple.
Ive always been using the theme from galaxy store for my wallpaper and my screensaver instead of the pics/videos that i took myself
Ive always liked the idea of how responsible the phone brand to their customers by offering this service kind
And also i love scrolling thru some amazing contents of themes that they have there!
Spent the afternoon re-gluing my phone…again. The back panel is really on its last legs. I looked for one online, but reviews are mixed and didn’t want to chance it. It’s now being held together by superglue and sticky back plastic (the stuff designed to protect the covers of notebooks and the likes lol). I don’t want to replace this phone until it is completely unuseable.
Crappy photos were taken with Banshee’s old action cam.
What Samsung series is that?
I also use Samsung
Standard 32GB S7 with an added 200GB µSD, had it since mid 2016.
S series is a good quality of series Samsung has
It will stay alive even if you crash it to the solid ground lol they say
