OT: depression gets weak, GAD get stronger and I’m back to the point where the mornings suck again going to tell my psychologist this in the afternoon. But I won’t quit, it will get better someday

OT: At work, swamped still yay?
My mom gave me some headphones as Thank you for helping out with my dad and watching their house while they were gone. (didn’t have too, I thought thats what children do for their parents, oh well lol), So now I have a playlist consisting of Linkin Park, Papa Roach, Skillet, Breaking Benjamin, Halestorm and much more going on so I can drown out the world and kick it into high gear haha.
