I’m relaxing on the couch next to Thurman (we just watched the Yankees win!)
Last night was stressful for him. There’s a neighborhood cat that looks exactly like him - he’s a short-haired, this one is long-haired, same size, though - who was sitting right outside the patio door just staring in. She came around a couple times, and I had to go out and chase her away, poor thing. My mom also went out and tried to throw water at her to scare her off.
After that, we thought we kept hearing sirens going past the house. We went back outside in the rain and heard a couple cats howling and taking shelter under our cars to keep dry.

Good Sunday morning fellow soldiers, family and friends it’s Easter Sunday, 
synonym for the change- the rebirth and the new and the eternal life. A good time to start all over again. So yesterday I got the keys and now I’ve got 70 boxes to fill my entire life in and I must make the decision what to take with me and what to leave behind. Since moving is easier with light baggage- I leave a lot behind stuff and memories ofc- but it’s a good feeling to make space for new experiences in my new life
