Having anxiety attack in school

Thank you @AJ_7 but this one of the worst ones I have gotten and I am in school right now so there isn’t much I can do
This is something you can do in school, take a deep breath and pay attention to what’s going on around you. Take in the sights, smells, and sounds. Even the feeling of your pen/pencil in your hand. If you have have a mint or food or anything try tasting it. This might sound weird, but it’s proven to help some people. The point of it is to engage all your senses and connect to the present time and attempt to pull you out of your thoughts.
