You know what i read everything u said it so touching to me i feel love coming form you. I what to thank u for your kindness. I have good friends. That understand me. But u have to understand that i have 3 options i can tell my family to just leave my past along . Or just got somewhere and talk to someone. Or just shut completely down stay a way form people. That alway works .

I understand but that always hurts you in the long term. Believe me, I know it too well… Shutting yourself in and keeping everything inside just makes everything worse.

I am doing alright. I’ve had some ups and downs with my depression lately but I’m dealing with it. My anxiety is the cause of it all most likely :pensive:. How about you? How are you doing? Everything good?

It’s nothing in particular. I have bad anxiety and half the time I worry about nothing. Anxiety sucks but mix that with depression when it comes then it’s crappy. Today I’m doing okay so far. Sunday I wasn’t okay but I got through it. This forum is a huge help when I’m down :blush: how are things with you? Is everything going okay? :blush:
