I totally had forgotten you went as well! Judging by the pics you were near the central moshpit where I was. Did you also join the pit?
Hahahya yes i was and my shoes died that evening. and I’ve got some brushes , and i lost my voice. And is was awesome. I had a great family feeling during the concert. For a long time i felt happy
Coming in to work earlier
Today was really stormy, a lot of rain, even with ice
Right before sundown a little light

Haha I totally get it, it was brutal The family feeling was definitely present, thanks to Deryck’s comments throughout the show
This is my view most nights when I walk home from work.
Hey you all!
Had an awesome night out!
Sum41 and support Zebrahead
Thanks to @HakManLP pushing, I arrived already at four to queue up.
Really great, meeting someone from this forum!
And we made it front row!
Never had that on a bigger concert before.
Zebrahead did a great job in heating us all up. A band where just watching is already huge fun and then they animate you partying along, crowded surfing.
Actually I so enjoyed watching the security all build up guys. And I wondered first, what they would expect? Us all crashing the stage?
But no, the received the people diving. And they did a great job, were really into caring that no one got hurt. And had fun with it and each other.
In the break awesome music was playing,
Linkin Parks bleed it out!
And then Sum41!
The crowd, we, got nuts!
Danced, jumped, sung along, clapped!
Awesome, awesome, awesome!
I catched a plectrom out of the air!
And lost it, probably as I took my car keys out.
After the encore was finished and we all started to leave, Deryck came out and played one more song.
And I got me a Tee and met the guys from Zebrahead on the merge booth.
So all in all, awesome time with @HakManLP
Thank you, real great meeting you and your bestie.
Fucking awesome tattoo!
He played Best of Me?? It’s one of my favorites but he didn’t play it at my show Glad to see you had a good time as well!
Thank you
.
Yes that’s where I saw the set. It’s already an interesting choice to end the concert with a ballad, let alone that song
Today and yesterday:
Another brisk morning walk to work at the crack of dawn.
According to the schedule we were given, there were youth basketball games all morning (like there are every Saturday in the winter). I had to go in early to open up.
It took a minute before I realized that they cancelled. Sure, it would have been nice if they had told us ahead of time, but I’m not complaining about the overtime.
This was my walk home. Notice the hanging branch.
