Right now
My evening for Sum41:
At first i came to the venue at 5.30pm and there were not so many people so i had a good place in the venue.
First part was Zebrahead
I found it super funny They had a guy (on the left) who was there just to make cocktails during the show, it’s the first time i saw something like that. The group tried to ask the crowd everything they can ask to do in a show. They didn’t have a lot of time to perform because it was the first part so they were asking us to do something different at each song They even invited two people from the crowd to come enjoying cocktails on the stage with them. During one song they asked the crowd to hold on the most people they can like that (i don’t know how we say it in english)
I was near two little girls so everytime there was a strong man going right on us, it was sooo hard for us to hold him in the air so they almost always felt down on the ground One guy lost a glass of his glasses… It was suuuch a big mess!!!
And one of the musician was wearing a beret with a big moustache, sooo cliché
Then between the first part and sum41, when they were getting ready the stage, they put on some good songs : offspring, linkin park (bleed it out) systeme of a down… and a lot of the crowd was singing, it was such a goood moment.
Then Sum41
This was where i was standing before it went crazy on the first song and i got stuck between 5 or 6 strong guys and almost coudn’t breathe
So just before the second song i decided to go on the left side of the pit to enjoy the show
It was aweeesome, i loved it, i want to go to the other show tomorrow but it’s sold out!
They did never there at the end of the show even if Dereck said he didn’t know he would do it because he began to have a sore.
I bought a new t-shirt :

Went to pluck this lime from the lime tree in the garden of my grandmother’s neighbour yesterday:
“Go to Vianden.” She said.
“It’s shorter from the sheep right now.” She said.
We always gas up the cars in Luxembourg, cause the state dictates the price and it is way cheaper than in Germany. Boss wive (we already had a big laugh as I told her, how I call her to you ) didn’t know that I was never in Vianden before, even so I worke here over a year now. And coming there, I just was had to stop, take some pics.
So, half an hour ago
My co-workers and I spent our morning setting up desks in the high school gym.
We do this once in January, and again in June. We’re coming in early on Friday once testing is done to break it all down again. We’re hosting a basketball game that night.
It never fails, every single time we set the desks up, Pink Floyd plays in my head, because they look like bricks in the wall.
The kids also just finished a badminton unit in gym class. Can you tell?
Cool summary! Made me even more excited for tomorrow, I’m seeing them in Amsterdam How was Zebrahead’s music though? Never heard them and don’t have time to check them out before tomorrow
They are fine ! I don’t remember that much their music but it was better than the first part of Mike in Amsterdam! Enjoy the show!
Thank god, that was a disaster Thank you!
I know it’s a little bit late, but here are a few picture off SlipKnot in Leipzig, Germany last year on 17th June 2019
We were at the beginning at the second/third row but after some “Moshpits”, we were back in the like fifth or sixth row. Some pictures haven’t got that good quality, but just try to take some good pictures when everyone is “moshing” and “bouncing” - It was a hell of a show and one of my lifetime goals. The best songs were ‘Unsainted’, ‘Before I forget’ (my #1), ‘Duality’ and of course ‘Spit it out’ (damn, this was one of my personal craziest concerts moments) - I’m gonna see “The Knot” on 16th February again in Hamburg
I’ll post some pictures from Metallica live in Berlin the next days
This morning.
Sum 41 was so great!! Link to my Insta videos since I can’t upload them here:

The crowd seemed a bit quiet at first but then we moved to the middle where the craziness was happening, eventually getting pushed to the very front And in the process falling on my knees which kinda hurt, but the loud music distracted me from that for the rest of the night. Also my friend lost his phone in the moshpit but had so much luck when a guy found and returned it to him at the end of the show!
This! Never seen such a funny attitude from a band before.
While I was gone:
The pano pic has the moon on the left and the sunset on the right
No, I did not try the shrooms…
And caught this lil guy on video right next to me
Also, gigantor succulent from today at work
A few bits from The Clash exhibition
Right now
Building fences
5 hours later, now with sheep, weather is still …
A few snapshots from tonight’s concert.
This was a local band
And this is their drum set (and no, that’s not their name)
This was another local band. Their guitarist kind of scares me. He had blue hair, and a grill in his teeth.
The rest are From Ashes to New
