On Monday I actually met Sankt Martin 
She waited for a school class and told me, that today is the lantern procession of the kindergarden my kids attended.
I just love this tradition and so I sneaked up on them.
An hour ago
The kids have there selfmade lanterns with a candle in it. They walk singing through the woods, till they encounter the bagger.
He sits freezing on the ground.
And then Sankt Martin rides in, stops the horse and the bagger says:
Please, help me! If you don’t, I will freeze to death.
So Sankt Martin takes his sword and hacks his cape in two. He gives one have to the bagger and rides away into darkness.
And cause I did a cooking job in the kindergarden, they know me. So I got some Martins gous and pics from the Sankt Martin pumpkin
