Still torturing us?
Such weather is like twice a year on Praděd the rest is so foggy that you can’t see further than 2 meters but yes, it was beautiful
This is literally my ideal living location, on top of a spectacular mountain, alone and surrounded by snow. I’d build myself a massive lab/workshop to lock myself way and the mountain would be my testing ground. lol
My dogs new coat!!
I can imagine that you’d love it there, it’s always foggy. The only thing that would maybe bother you are the people. There are hundreds of them every day, acting like they have never seen snow
I haven’t seen proper snow in nearly 20 years.
Nah, I was ill so I have to start training slowly
That sucks…
When is probably not necessary
Where? On a bridge in my hometown, me, a bottle of secco and not alone, cause you all were with me
A tag for @jrtrussell even so not really buildings
Ohhh, then!
Get on your high point soon.
Hug for you!
My trip to Belgium, we visited some towns, ate french fries, waffles and drank beeeers!
I liked old building’s architecture, but found it weird how they mix up old and modern buildings together (like in the third picture). It looks like they can build what they want where they want to without law restrictions.
And one quote to remember for the end:
I’m not sure if it’s true…
Oh!!! So love those pics
Where did you go specifically?
Sounds great:heart_eyes:so hungry on waffles right now…
They usually can’t or at least shouldn’t, normally there are law restrictions. I’m not totally sure about laws in Belgium, but here in Germany there are certain rules when you can build a new house instead of an old one or new ones directly next to the old ones. Old houses are protected by law when they are at least 100 years old,but for younger buildings there are exceptions as well. But if someone doesn’t want to keep their old house at all, they will often find a way to build a new one, like let the house slowly become more and more damaged until it has to be torn down.(i know that bc my father works as one of the people checking or protecting old buildings)
I went to Ostende, Anvers, Gand and Bruges.
I’ve been to Bruges, Gent and Brussels. The first two were great, Brussels was pretty bad, dirty, poluted and full of beggars when I went.
I’ve already been to Brussels too. Don’t remember the beggars but maybe it’s because it’s a bigger town than Bruges or Gent.
When the dog has his head on the pillow next to you and you just watch him sleep! Hahaha
