I can’t stand practice problems like this. They’re relatively simple but so long. That’s at least 2 sides of arithmetic.

No, I quit on that problem the moment I realised I’d be dealing with complex numbers as well.

I don`t have any idea what you are talking about, but quitting studying sounds good

A complex number is a number that consists of a real number (e.g. 1,2, 3564, -500045) and an imaginary number (e.g. 3.58i , -60054i ). Imaginary numbers don’t exist but are shoehorned in to make maths make sense where it doesn’t. 
What course are you taking?

Love electrical but I went the civil route
Good thing you didn’t go mechanical . There’s a funny feud based on elitism in my uni where we electrical / electronics say we are top and we constantly mock mechanical engineers as bafoons. Apparently the feud has developed into paintball matches before.
We had a great teacher who would always work several mechanical engineer jokes into every lecture. He was a good teacher, and not just because of his jokes. Civil engineers aren’t on our radar.

I wanted to do electrical for ages but would’ve left town for another uni and the uni here in town is pretty good with their civil program and most people I know here are civil so getting foot in door will be easier for me here 
Robotics is where my heart would be at though if I could just choose freely
I’m gonna make a beeline for the automotive sector, I actually wanted to do automotive engineering but got a miles better offer in electrical.

Though when my future cars bust and I can’t work on them myself because the damn dealers have them all computerized I’ll probably unfairly remember you =P
They were trying to make it illegal for owners to work on their own cars a while back 
That’s because some redneck is probably gonna try to change a wheel and forget the bolts. It’s stupid to make it illegal.
