For dinner I had a soup that is called “The forgotten vegetable-soup”, with parsnip and cantherelle. It tasted quite nice.

I think they mean forgotten in the sense that you buy it, shove it in a kitchen cupboard, then excavate it and eat it out of desperation two decades later when you can’t find anything better in your kitchen. Because that’s what you do with canned soup.
