I almost had a stroke when studying Bulgarian for a year, because of the alphabet. But the Polish one easily wins the cake! I can’t imagine the difficulty when it comes to verb conjugation, nouns and articles, etc!
I’ve visited Łódź and Kraków in 2012-2013 (winter vacations- best decision ever, as Poland is dreamy covered in snow!!!) and Warsaw and Wrocław last August. We were going to visit Poland this summer for the LP show in Kraków, but couldn’t afford it …
If you like the sun and the sea, Greece is nice choice for summer vacations. But Prague is by far more beautiful and interesting (way to promote tourism in Greece hahaha)
I’m Bulgarian, however my reading and writing is at the same level as that of a 5 year old. I’ve been living in the UK for the past 13 years so the only sort of Bulgarian contact I’ve had is my immediate family. My speech is by no means perfect, but I can easily understand and hold a conversation though I do occasionally forget the odd word.

Yup probably Prague win the contest, Greece has been outvoted because of temperatures. Verb conjugations is getting harder because of our ‘soft consonants’ but I’m sure you’ll work it out I was in Łódź in 2015 30STM show (just the waste of money) nex time you should go to Sopot i have family there, beautiful place and a lot of attractions (the best out of halidays season)
EDIT:
I want to be there, but I can’t
MMMMM Mimosa <3 <3 <3
@ the_termin8r Speaking skills are by far more essential, so you got that going on . I am sure that you won’t have any problem improving your reading and writing skills, once you decide to do so. Plus, don’t forget that in the meantime you’ve managed to perfect your English!
@ anngelenee The heat is unbearable here in Greece, so you chose wisely!
Well, there are many job opportunities in Poland so I guess I’ll have to study the language.
Hope I’ll manage to save some money for next summer’s vacations. so I’ll definitely consider Sopot (googled it and it’s beautiful!!!)! Thanks for the suggestion
p.s. 30STM are so random when it comes to live performance - you never know what to expect…
@ evooba
Supposed to post here.
Feeling nauseous now, drank too much Coca-Cola Zero. It is so hot here that the carbon dioxide gas seems to ‘sublimate’ from the Coca-Cola liquid; it did not cause any spillage at all. (Dunno how to explain, the effect is like dry ice sublimating when placed in a liquid)
Sounds urgh…then just stopp drinking it
I already finished it lol.
so no blurping to announce?? I had a Mimosa and it was like…
I told you, I couldn’t burp. Only feel nauseous.
so you just have to decide what to do to feel better I guess: moving or resting… both can help
