Even though Iām still fairly new to it, every time I do yoga, especially after a bike ride, it just makes me feel so much better about my day.
Mentally or physically?
Or both I guess?
Iāve always been curious about it, but only really took it for a test drive, if you will, around April-May. I found a YouTube channel that, not only covers all the basics, but has a variety of different routines. I started by doing a 30-day course before my technology-free summer.
In the last couple months, Iāve just started getting back into it, mainly just doing a cool-down routine after bike rides, and Iāve been finding it as, not only a good way to keep my muscles and everything else in check, but it just mentally makes me feel overall happier.

The forum on the older LPU website was through vBulletin. Not only did it have a list of who was online, but you could also see what thread they were reading and/or posting in. It also had a list of everyoneās birthdays for the day. The LP Association message boards use the same thing.
Ten years ago, The Rising Tied was released. I remembered because Mike says āNovember twenty-twoā throughout the We Major mixtape.
It disappoints me that Discourseās goal is to simplify forums, because weāre never going to get features like that on here. And signatures
