I almost never do, as I don’t care for eating for at least a few hours after I wake up. But then again, sometimes I only eat once a day, lol, so I can’t say nothing.
Breakfast used to make me sick when I was in school, I couldn’t stand to eat that early.
Now, I will enjoy my breakfast (more like brunch) on my days off, otherwise I still don’t eat in the morning.
I can’t eat when I first wake up or my stomach hurts, normally I just have coffee in the morning to help me wake up
Hahah I’m not alone then!
Nope
Weird. I always enjoy having breakfast in the morning, cereal or toast with tea is awesome. You guys probably eat late at night which is why eating in the mornings is difficult because you haven’t digested properly overnight. Eat your last meal much earlier, like by 6pm at the latest. When you’re older your body will thank you!
I’m old enough and my body loves me. Hahaha.
I have tried early dinners but, I get super hungry by midnight and I cant sleep like that.
It takes time to get into the correct eating routine. Eating late at night is very bad for your digestive health and causes long-term damage. You’re obviously not old enough
I eat whenever I get hungry, whether it be 15:00 or 03:00.
That’s how we do it!
6pm is coffee and snack time, if I have dinner that early, I will need a second dinner at like 9 or 10pm.
That’s one thing I never understood how it’s possible for people to do; have lunch at like 11am or noon and then dinner at 5pm… how aren’t you hungry the rest of the day?
Not in my case but yeah, I do eat late night/early morning. I get off work at 2 am though, and I have to eat, lol.
Lunch is more like 1 or 2pm. Dinner is 6pm or 6.30pm. If you eat the right amount of calories you won’t feel hungry. Also eating food high in fibre means it burns off more slowly so you feel fuller for longer. For example, with dinner have a lot of vegetables and salads to bulk up the meal. You will not feel hungry if you eat enough calories throughout the day and eat enough fibre, fruit and vegetables.
Yeah, I feel for night/shift workers as this is a killer on your eating habits. However, try to snack more on fruit and vegetables rather than quick fixes with junk food during those late hours. Still eat at 2am but try to keep it a light meal and instead eat more when you wake up (afternoonish?). You’ll find you have more energy if you improve your eating habits and sleep much better too.
@the_termin8r and @hybridkarl Improve your eating habits whilst you’re young. Someday you are going to regret it!
Well, I only eat once a day and that’s usually between 8-9pm. I never really paid attention to what’s on the plate, fibres or whatever, as long as it’s nice food that I can eat. I have way too many things to worry about every day, food just can’t be one of them.

Your health is the most important thing. If you don’t have your health you don’t have anything.
I have a fast metabolism. Frequent meals is what I need. What works for the general public won’t work for me. 6PM dinner is unheard of here. It’s usually around 9PM. Calories or fruits I’m like Flash I need to eat…lol
I figured as much, but this will change dramatically as you get older. That was my original point. Everyone should eat early, this is scientifically proven as your body needs to fast in order to process everything. As I was asked how not to feel hungry, this all comes down to good fibre and fruit/vegetable intake. It’s that simple. Not at all difficult.
I guess so. I’m just used to being f*cked up since birth so I basically stopped caring in general.
Do you mean eating issues since birth? I would still care because it’s easy to damage yourself internally without realising, even if you appear healthy on the outside. I’ve known people who look fit but have had a heart attack because they ate junk most of the time and you will not believe they were actually malnourished because they ate nothing with any nutritional value. It definitely matters what you eat. I’m not a pro, but I’ve learnt from my mistakes.
