Wanted to bring in that option, but after 5 minutes its to late to change.
It is off.
Except I’m home and my son is out. He should reach me, if need be.
Or I fall asleep with headphones and music on.
There is no normal for me when sleeping
So I can’t really answer your questions
Sometimes I wake up before my alarm, other times I wake with the alarm and sometimes I have even slept though an alarm,
My phone is my alarm
I did vote for no alarm but I always set one just in case, especially when I am working. I do wake up minutes before it goes off though.
I always set an alarm in my phone - just in case. Generally, I wake up before it rings and wait till the time really comes to get up.
Then I jump out of my bed. If I stayed there 5 minutes longer, I would be late for sure. I have a lot of things to do before I go out and a long way to work (which includes driving my daughter to school and then picking my workmate up) . Let alone traffic jams.
I don’t switch my phone off, I just have it muted.

I only listen from my phone on the train, otherwise I’m on my hi-fi.
A question.
You ask how I listen to music.
Do you mean in general, or on phone?
Cause on phone I have stored music and Spotify.
Right now 3 months free.
On laptop I use YouTube and also stored music.
In the car I have an USB stick, or I connect the phone.
And at home, I have stereo system.
You didn’t add Apple Music for me to choose
I’m usually listening to music with my mp3 (a USB mp3) and my Hi-fi.
Phone/Laptop is Spotiy, in general though I just use my record player.
Good point. Now I gotta change it, lol. Hmmmm…
Sorry, hate apple products but you’re right. Wasn’t thinking about them.
What’s hi-fi?
it frightens me how old fashioned and out-of-date I am as far as new technologies are concerned.
When I listen to music on my phone - it’s all about mp3 files that I’ve downloaded. Sometimes I watch Youtube vidoes there. But not so often.
I’m completely out of services like Spotify.
Maybe because I don’t listen to as much music now as it was before.
High Fidelity. A good sound system.
But how do you check out new music every Friday? I find it harder to browse the web (even though I do that too) than just check out the playlists on streaming services.
You have everything in one place (I’m not saying I agree with their policies) but it’s convenient.
