I heard the song for the first time on the radio. I was at the store and it was a O.O moment but then the radio decided to mess up -.- gosh dang it. That was the only time.

I went to Dairy Queen last night, and how is the ambient there, so I was paying atention in case they played Heavy or BS, they didn’t and I was like “LP is not pop enough… That’s good” but I’d like if they were played there last night lol
I foresee them playing this song with Chester and piano while touring. Kinda like what they do with “Breaking the Habit.”
I agree with this 100%. I’m completely disappointed by “Battle Symphony,” but I will definitely still be buying the album and giving it a chance as a whole. An album tells a story and sometimes you need a song like “Battle Symphony” in there to complete the story and the album as a whole. Maybe it’ll make me appreciate the song more, but even still, I expect to find a few songs on the album that I enjoy or mean something to me. Shoot, even “Heavy” already means something to me. I’ve been a fan of Linkin Park since 2000. I don’t think I’ll ever give up on them, but I know which songs/albums I like or don’t like. Doesn’t mean they suck or that I’m not a fan anymore. I just means our tastes differed (which rarely happens).

A lot of people saying they hate Battle Symphony because it’s pop. But there’s no problem with the pop genre. It’s the artists that makes this genre so hated. They always talk about sex, drugs, fights etc. And always show ego. But LP made really good pop song with meaningful lyrics. Really, There’s noting wrong with the pop genre itself. For me, BS is one of the best pop song I’ve ever heard. Much better that JB’s baby shit or Katy Perry’s Roar or any other random pop song talking about random things.

When I first heard Heavy, I was a bit unsure about the direction they were taking with this album, but after hearing it a couple more times I started to like it more and more, Battle Symphony is kind of the same, gets better for me with every listen
I’m not a fan of mainstream pop artists, but Linkin Park definitely seem to get the Pop vibe right with these songs.

I know a lot of people are saying they like “Battle Symphony” the more and more they listen to it, but I’m kinda at that point where I’m so disgusted, I’m not ready to listen to it again…I kinda want to just forget it exists. 
Let me keep “Heavy” on repeat now that I like that song and see if I warm up to the idea of trying “Battle Symphony” once more.

The more I listen to BS, the more I think they could have done better with it. It’s a good song, but I’m starting to believe Heavy is better. Maybe with time I’ll like it more and more.

I think the best pop artist has to be Pink. Is she pop? Not sure, I don’t understand why people are calling people sodas… but anyways I can listen to pop. My favorite Katy Perry song has to be wide awake.
