Yeah, you’re right about the band’s revenue. However, I think it’s a great “revenue” damage for a record label, such as WB
As it’s been said by a few here already. DO NOT post any leaked materials on the forums. Doing so can potentially put your account at risk. Thank you.
Thanks for the multiple warnings
Yes thank you guys for warnings and not just cancelling our accounts haha
Much appreciated
I had the same thought today, are leaks from hackers type of thing or from people close to the project?
Seeing the reactions today I thought it benefited lp in that there’s tons of talk and people who HAVE heard it are hyping the song up for those who haven’t or won’t and is only creating buzz for people to want to possibly buy the music when it’s released
Personally I have and will buy lp once it releases but I’m as impatient as anyone else
I just realized of something :
Did anyone see that scene they posted of Rob playing im that dark room on Heavy’s video? Because I didn’t, and now I think it was part of another music video in coming coughcoughbattlesymphonycough
This is in heavy music video? Or one of the teasers?
No I mean, that video they posted of rob in a black room with a lamp light over him, It didn’t appear on Heavy’s music video, so I think that is for a next single
Just look up " Linkin park Battle Symphony full" on google and there should be plenty of sites to stream and download it.
Not a huge fan of the song, but it itself isn’t bad. It has the potential to reach a new audience and expand the fanbase.
Gotcha
I vaguely remember it
I’m curious as to whether joes doing anything special on the album
Given the change in style
SPOILER OF THE SONG STRUCTURE BELOW:
Well, we could hear him on samples again here , the same intro structure of Lying From You , In My Remains or Faint: Samples, main beat more clear every second and then the whole sound before the first verse
I don’t agree with this in so many levels.
Also, may I please ask everyone to use
spoilers
, thanks!
I didn’t hear that song yet.
and i don’t want to.
I guess this was the last single for me before the album. Its a long wait but I will not be weak.
That’s the Down With The Sickness by Disturbed one right?
Well all I’m saying is that most bands and artists aren’t going to gain the majority of their income from album sales. Besides, with the amount of streaming services nowadays, most people won’t be buying their music anyways. If someone is a true fan that wants to support the band they’ll probably (if they can) go out of their way to buy the music and not just download or stream it. Plus there’s still vinyl and other merch, plus touring and other live performances. Album sales make up a small part of their profit. I’ve even heard of musical artists, Take Impala comes to mind, who are advocates for music being free. He, as a musician, understands that musicians make little money off of it these days and that it would benefit the listeners and give more people access to more music. I understand opposing views, I totally get it. But I’m not saying they don’t deserve money for making music, they do. But they aren’t receiving it these days from album sales. How many albums these days go number 1 off sales alone? Green Day has had 3 albums go number 1, and their most recent one didn’t even break 200,000 sales. Still went #1. But hey, that’s just my opinion
Their songs have become serious earworms!
I got affected while going through many negative comments. Now that I have got over the change, I can only laugh at them.
It’s always the Russians
Truth be told, back when THP was released, I actually heard the entire album one whole week before its actual release.
Here is a cover version by somebody:
Anyway, this is a sharp contrast to how he usually reacts:
No. Obviously you haven’t listened to the leaked song yet.
Where can I find the song?
