Hiro was glad that his grandchild smiled again. He was also thankful for Fewa to come and help. As a token of gratitude, the old medicine man offered the Fewa to stay for a nice hot meal and tea.
“Oh no, you don’t have to cook for me.” The Fewa said.
“Nonsense! You must stay for dinner. We’ve all had a long day and could use a hot meal and some tea.” Old Hiro said and rushed into a long day.
“Grandpa can make wonderful Miso soup. You must try it.” the little girl said.
The Fewa smiled at the little girl. She was delighted and accepted his invitation. Moments later they were all sitting around the table and Old Hiro served his home made miso soup and tea. It was delicious.
