Haha it looks like we’re reviving a zombie thread but hey, kia ora! My name is Todd, I joined from LPU7 - LPUX, LPU12, and now I’m back.
My previous nickname was drumasta during Sparkart. I recognize and few names just from browsing through. I miss the camaraderie from the LPU Chatrooms and Sparkart forums huh. This isn’t quite the same.

what made you return?
After the release of the box set I was starting to feel a little bit hopeful for the future of the band. Because based on my research, all fans (or at least a majority of them) wanted was a return to this style. Including me. And it feels like the band is embracing their roots again.

I eventually figured that out. This website is completely different from what I remember. I’v definitely have had my issues with some of the decisions the band was making and I may make a post telling my story from the eyes of an old school LPU Soldier. But for right now. After seeing them embrace their roots. I’m hopeful for the future.

Yeah… I can relate to this! Curious about your story. Happy you are back- and the HT anniversary is like a new start for a lot of old soldiers here on the lpu! You’ll feel familiar again sooner than you can imagine Enjoy your time back here

I joined during LPU 7. Back then I was kcchiefs400. I quit subscribing after LPU 10 (due to moving out at 18 and being broke). I recently rejoined, primarily so I could get LPU music that I’ve missed out on since 10.
