LP tour UK **all threads merged here**

Hi all,

Only a week and a bit to go for Birmingham

Has anyone received their M&G confirmation email yet?

Or do they email at the last minute…lol

Cheers

Omg i was wondering the same! Bit nervous cuz I’m going all three shows and signed up for all the M&Gs but haven’t heard anything yet. Hope we find out soon!

Heard nothing yet. They’re still open for applications though I thought?

They usually announce them a day or so before.

Well…

Interesting… I might be able to get the train home from Birmingham after all.

i can´t find a way to send a private message, so…
what time are you thinking to get there?
I will take food and drink to be in the queue early.
I really need to get the first row otherwise I can´t see anything!

I’ve been thinking, if there is no scheduled support, what do you think the chances are of us getting a Fort Minor set?

I wish!! But it’s a long shot.

So close now. I’m equally excited and frustrated from waiting for set times, confirmation from the band of no support and waiting for the M&G winners is killing me.

I wanna do the same! Get there early and get front row. I was wondering the same about what was the best time to get there. what time were you thinking of getting there for? @aaran and I can join you queuing up!

This would be a dream come true…

Hope we find out soon  Hope so

The concert on Monday at the 02 will be my first ever Linkin Park concert, and I’m really bloody excited! Anyway, as i bought tickets through the LPU Presale, i was wondering what i’d need to bring with me in terms of proof of purchase or ID? I remember reading somewhere that i need to prove that the tickets were purchased under my name but i cannot remember what exactly?

Thanks in advance!!

I bought tickets in the LPU Presale, and don’t recall needing to take anything with me. I was just planning on taking my ticket.

I swear i read on an email somewhere that we had to bring some proof of ID/purchase for the presale tickets? Maybe I’m going crazy idk!

Maybe I’m wrong, lol. It wouldn’t be the first time :joy:

Correction, I am still going Birmingham. Spare tickets near the front and in a trio. Therefore, me and my parents are going. A week today!

Hey!
That’s good!
I was thinking no later than 12h.
Once to see GD in my country I got there at about 11h and there were people already in the queue!
How can we speak via private message? Or send a message on insta that is: lakai (underscore and then lakai and the underscore… I don’t know why doesn’t appear underscore here anyway)

The queuing situation is ridiculous. I don’t take part in it any more, and just shuffle forward during support or at the start of their set. First time I saw them, I queued for 2 hours and got to the barrier, but that was back in 2003. In 2007 I got to London Astoria by 11am and only managed 2nd row. It’s not worth the hassle any longer, too much time spent queuing and end up shattered by the time the show starts. I’d rather be a little bit back and have more freedom throughout the day to eat properly, buy some merch, go to the loo…etc.
