I got standing tickets for brixton! Haven’t bought O2 yet but I’ll get standing for it as well! Get O2 and I’ll get mine as well

I’m VERY surprised that tickets haven’t sold out for these shows. A friend of mine was thinking of coming along to Birmingham, but couldn’t justify the price as he isn’t as big of a fan. Do you think it’s the cost that is the reason? I just hope the band don’t lose faith in the UK.

Without a doubt. But I’m sure standing sold out really quick last tour and tickets this year went on sale 2 months before the Manchester attack. Im just surprised at the UK fans is all.
Normally they play at two venues. This time four different venues so I guess the fan base has split across those four. As for Manchester, the arena hasn’t even announced an reopening day yet. With recent events, people are on edge so its understandable why these venues won’t sell out.
I didn’t expect the tickets to be cheaper to be honest. The prices are pretty decent for them and the venues they play. I’d expect the Brixton show to be a bit cheaper but oh well…
Even if they don’t sold out, I’m sure it’ll be 90% full. Besides, they haven’t played here since 2014 so I assume lots of people want to see them again.

I guess so. Atmosphere is always amazing when they do though. It’d be great if they did a small venue tour next time. They’re the best

That’s exactly what I’m holding out for. I think the last LPU UK gig was 03/03/2003 at Nottingham Rock City. £10 per ticket. Sold out in about 2 minutes. I got tickets off eBay for £20 a pop as I missed the announcement, but queued for a fair few hours to be at the barrier. One of the best gigs I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere was electric and the band really fed from the crowd. Amazing performance. First ever UK performances of From the Inside, Faint and a few others, as Meteora hadn’t been released yet, but they were promoting the album.
If I had a time machine, I’d go back…
The last small venue I saw them in was Astoria in London before it shut down in 2007 I think it was… I’d quite like them to do a small venue that isn’t in London, but I appreciate why they tend to do it in the capital.
