Linkin Park Facts and Trivia

grudgematch parts and of the other songs they related, but whats the prob? probably from or on new album…?! [got my pm Jordan?] nice share btw, thanx, for me as non musician it is very interessting to listen to this stuff so appart from others, I would like to cook a soup out of it, isn´t that what you musicians do also? not cooking in ya way but composing [also used word for high quality cuisine]

I probably have all those demos saved up in one of my hard drives. Never noticed Grudgematch tbh, I’ll have to dig them out and listen to them again at some point.

Maybe it has been already posted here, but anyway:( my apologies for some mistakes I probably made, I’m not perfect in grammar)
The beginning vocals of “A Line In The Sand” was made a few years before THP, when they were working at A Thousand Suns

Some time ago, when I was watching the Papercut video for a thousandth time, I’ve noticed an interesting detail: the pictures on walls look really similar to Hybrid Theory EP cover.

Didn’t they use the opening melody in victimized?

Do you mean guitar works or keyboards?

Um, I guess you should go and relisten.

Yeah, my mistake. I can clearly hear similar guitar works)

This is more of a question than a fact. I am still catching up on a lot of LP’s music, so there is still some music I haven’t heard, yet. There is a song on You Tube that is questionable. I commented on it awhile back, but deleted the comment because it was brought to my attention by three different people that it wasn’t them or Chester at all. Did LP do a song called “Who am I?” You Tube users have a bad habit of mislabeling music.

That’s not a Linkin Park song, unless it’s mislabeled like you said

Thank you than I am glad I listened to the three who were telling me that and not the rest of the people who commented about it. I did place a comment on it and told them it wasn’t them. I know their voices now

For the most part, if it wasn’t on an album or LPU CD, it most likely wasn’t Linkin Park. There’s a couple of exceptions, but not many

She Couldn’t, It’s Goin’ Down, Darker Than Blood, We Made It, and Things in My Jeep are all I can think that aren’t on some album

@jFar920 Ok. I started exploring Dead by Sunrise as well last night. Of course I love it. I didn’t find it there either. It is probably one of those mislabeled videos.

There is a thread here we share so called LP songs from YT. I can’t find it right now cause I don’t remember how it was named but if you do, you’ll see there are a lot of fake ones out there.

You know now that you look at it… the title, ‘did you know Linkin Park’ and with a question mark sounds off. It’s like it is asking if you know Linkin Park as if they are not a band anymore…

Stick a colon between DYK and LP.

I’m gonna do it now. I hope you don’t mind @jFar920

I changed it to something completely different. I wanted to before but I can’t edit the image in the main post anymore so I put it off

@evooba Yes that is very confusing for someone who is trying catch up with their music. I’m glad I bought their CDs and got know how all their voices sounded in different ranges. Before that I wouldn’t have known the difference, without some one saying something.

That’s alright. Like Jordan said, if it’s not on their channel or released via the LPU or their newsletter, it’s usually fake.
You can always have Siri check for you

@evooba Thank you. That sums it up.
