What do you mean for “cooking” water? Hot?

Well, yeah, it works with hot water too, but it’s better like that to not loose all tomatoes stuff in the water… also you can put them away a bit before the water boils, because in reality we cook them completely after that…

I’ll do when I redo it

I put the tomatoes in a bowl, heat whater in an water heater and pour it over. The whater has to cover the tomatoes. And then I wait a little.

Also, where are the videos of you preparing it? I think it’s necessary for something to do with cooking
Plus you didn’t give the ingredient amounts so it would help to SEE the amounts you add :innocent:

@lpfan61 :green_heart:  You inspired me for today’s cooking

I like to try new methods. And did the peeling your way.

The tomatoes started peeling already in the water. It was easy after to get the peel off.

@HakManLP !! I have an easy recipe everyone can do!

Flatbread (stuffed with what you like)

Ingredients (for having a round flatbread of about 4 cloves):
300 g of flour
Half glass of white wine :wine_glass:
Half glass of olive oil
A bit of salt
A bit of pepper (if you like it)

Preparation:
Knead the ingredients together till you have a soft mass. Divide the mass in two parts, one for the base and the other for the top. Put half of the flat bread into a baking tin and stretch it with your hands, put the stuff you want inside and cover it up with the other half of flat bread. Bake it at 150 °C for about 40/50 minutes :yum:
