I’m not mocking.
I’m just not in the mood for an arguments OK. I just want to have fun and enjoy myself.
So can we leave all of this behind us and move on or something. @evooba and @the_termin8r I’m not here to prove myself to one. If you don’t believe me about where I live and stuff then just leave it alone. Let enjoy this game please or what ever it is.
Guyanese dish
Oxtail stew and peas and rice
2 packs of oxtail
Vegetables
Seasoning
Two packs of peas or one
Seasoning
Cropped onion
I thought I’d chip in with a nice snack.
Ingredients:
-Mushrooms
-Cheese of your choice (e.h. cheddar but not something like feta)
-Ham
Procedure:
-Peel the mushrooms and remove the stalks
-Put the mushrooms down such that the bottom is facing you
-Sprinkle shreds of ham and cheese on them
-Bake them until you’re happy with how baked they are or until the cheese is golden-brown.
I tend to bake them with garlic and lemon but I’ll definitely try this!
The annoying thing I find with this is that when I go to cut them when I eat them the knife pulls the toppings off in one go I gotta try your version.
No clue. Mushrooms with cheese and ham I guess?
So it just a sandwich.
It’s not very filling though. You have to eat like 10.
LOL Then I might have to make like three trays of it because my family eats a lot.

lol I should add here my ‘Hemp seed soup’
Pine tart pastry
pineapple tart
20 oz can pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch salt
Egg Wash:
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp water
Pastry:
4 cups flour
1 cup shortening + 1/3 cup butter
1 cup ice cold water
Makes 12 pine tarts

@the_termin8r do you have to put in mushroom in with everything else with the cheese and ham.

What do you mean by that? Just put the toppings on like you would on a pizza.
