You’re welcome :joy:

@NoireXJasper, that’s not a big deal, if The Meme is on you, then you’re screwed :stuck_out_tongue:

Oh sh*****t :joy:

For those who follow LPLive, is it just me, or does it seem like they have been posting speculation as fact a lot lately? I mean they could be right, but they keep saying that there’s going to be a North American and Japanese tour, and I’ve seen no real evidence to that

they are LP Ambassadors, so they usually know stuff before official band announcements get out

Even if that is the case, it seems a bit unprofessional to not give a definite source on the info, unless they were specifically told not to say where it came from. The only thing they really have going for them for blink-182 touring with Linkin Park is that a fan from California said so. Like I said, it could possibly be right, and very well might be, it’s just odd they are pushing things as fact without actual confirmation or sources.

Something happened recently where either LPLive or LPAssociation claimed a part of Good Goodbye leaked, and Adam ended up calling them out on it

I can confirm there will be 100% without a doubt, a North America tour in the future…

…and by future I mean anytime between now and 2025

I was just watching an I hate everything video where he was looking at a bunch of parody channels of him. He ended up getting to a channel called “I edgy everything”, it has the best intro I’ve ever seen :joy: Sounds just like me when I try to sing along to songs :joy: :joy:

The new pre-sale page for the US tour uses an .svg file for the LP logo, so I made a huge, clean One More Light logo if anyone wants to use it:

I was on the bus to uni the other day when the driver pulled over at a stop to let some people on and one of the people that walked on was this elderly man who looked to be somewhere in his 60s. What caught my attention about him was the he was wearing a baseball cap with YOLO written on it in a gold graffiti style typeface :joy: . I bet he had no clue what it meant, probably went into a shop looking for a hat and bought the first one he saw.

People who think that their Note 7 going off in their pockets is bad don’t know jacksh*t about a lithium battery fire. (TL;DR last paragraph)

This is what a real LiPo fire looks like:

Different angle:

Full video here:

It’s part of a video testing the destructive power of RC lipos in the scenario of a malfunction against things you can put them in while charging to minimise damage. This is a 6 cell, 22.2V, 16,000 mAh (16 Ah) battery was in a bog standard lipo sack, designed to contain a fire, obviously they’re not meant for batteries this massive.

Now imagine this fire, but about 3 times smaller, that’s the sort of inferno I’d have on my hands if my 2 cell, 7.4V, 5000mAh (5 Ah) went off in my house. This is why I charge and store mine in a metal cash box, the box will contain the inferno at the cost of letting out the toxic smoke (if it doesn’t I’d have a grenade on my hands due to pressure buildup if it can’t escape from somewhere, in the case of the cash box it would escape from the small gap between the lid and the rest of the box).

I can’t find the dimensions of the Note 7 battery (1 cell, 3500 mAh) but with some educated estimation I am putting it’s physical volume at about 0.03L, my RC battery is 0.11L and the one in the gif is 1.24L. That means that even my RC battery (which is considered relatively small) will create an inferno that will make a Note 7 look like a matchstick flame. And the gif one would make mine look like a matchstick flame)

My battery has twice the cells, twice the voltage, each cell has 1.4 times the capacity and is 3.6 times bigger in physical size. The one in the gif has 6 times the cells and voltage of the Note 7, 4.6 times the capacity and is a whopping 41.3 times bigger physically.

TL;DR:
A Note 7 battery fire is nothing compared to an RC battery fire, because [read the paragraph above this one].

have you ever thought about using this in Crispy Dog?

Crispy Dog wouldn’t survive this, neither would my bank account, a 6 cell battery easily costs £100+

It won’t let me edit my post for some reason, but here’s a better angle of the same explosion:
