Yesterday afternoon my boss told me, that it is my fault that his sheep are so missbehaved. Even so, they not once did a breakout during my last long turn.
But his sheep had never behaved that way befor.
I know that this is not true, his wild straying flock is already legendary.
And thats the reason I fence all day, cause he didn’t trust me to tend them.
To that he said that he can’t hire me. (Right now, I am self-employed and invoices, and we talked about this to change it in something more secure for me)
You may think that brought me further down, but on the contrary!
To this fucked up behaviour I am used!
I am strong that way!
I’m a trained shepherd for 23 years now, tended a lot of different flocks. I know what I can do! I know my value in that matter!
And when bosses start to blame you for their mistakes, it’s probably time to move on!

And I’m experienced enough to not argue back.
You never win an argument against the impressions of someone by arguing.
(That of course is also the trouble, when I am down in sadness, my arguments can’t really stand against the feelings.)
And I also not planned to start running immediately. I waited till a good moment today during dinner. And brought the sheep thing up again. Then, I let my boss and his wife do there thinking and talking.
Yeah! They came to the conclusion, that it isn’t my falt. That he is to distracted with phone and other stuff, his dog to old and that he had slide things for to long. His sheep missed some guidance and got to independent. So they need clear rules and a Führer (@framos1792 
)
So, its ok again. I also didn’t want to get hired right now, with my unclear mental health issues.
So all good.
Have to run and work a little more!

I just worked a full 8 hours of overtime. Now trying to decide between going out to eat for my belated-birthday dinner, or staying in and ordering a pizza.
@theearlywalker Our new co-worker is definitely a step in the right direction. I’ve worked with him a number of times in the past. He’s got a great work ethic, and he’s excited to be working days so he can spend his nights with his family.
