I’ve seen some discussion about this scattered around the different topics, but what is everyone getting for the holidays (Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, really late Eid, etc.)?

Myself, I usually buy anything I need or want as soon as I find out about them, so stuff for Christmas is difficult. We have a Secret Santa within the family and I asked for a few things I’ve always been on the fence about buying like some video games like Yoshi’s Wooly World or GTA5 (mainly to play with friends, the online seems interesting), and some CDs I don’t own yet like System of a Down and the Southpaw Soundtrack that Eminem had part in making.

Also Amiibo. I’m addicted to them at this point, but I’m only missing 10 of the released Smash Bros. ones.

I went a little overboard this time, I bought myself LPU 15 (like every year), I’m buying a new laptop sometime next week (when I get my paycheck) and I was planning on getting a tattoo but my parents surprised me and gifted it to me. That’s about it, I can say I’m pretty happy.

That’s a mistake :laughing: One of the single worst and most over hyped games I’ve played along with COD and FC3.

I’m getting less than usual this year. I’m getting the final 5 RAC games I need and that’s about it from what I know. Usually it’d be CDs.

I might actually get GTA5 for free from a friend, so if it’s not as good as it’s said to be, I’m not out any money

It’s cliched, it’s predictable, the story is worse than that of a porn film. The controls are messed up (you have to spam X [on the ps3] to sprint), the physics are wrong and the free roam is actually fairly small.

I really think money is the best gift someone can get. No awkward monents, no pretending to like something you don’t, no nothing. You can get whatever you want with that money.

I actually still have to do proper Christmas shopping. So far I’ve only put some small presents under the christmas tree for my relatives.

So far the presents I’ve got for my relatives:

  • Tablet
  • Christmas socks
  • Make Up tools
  • Slippers
  • Jewelry

I don’t want a lot for christmas. All I want is to not make a :cow: of myself during the Christmas service when I co-host the Christmas service :sweat_smile:

Exciting huh? Still have to hear from the camera guy but if all works out it’ll be fun. And otherwise it’ll be fun too :slight_smile: I will Co-host with singing and introducing the guest acts as well.
