They gave me some (very painful :D) injection into the butt and prescribed one medicine and to drink. Now it seems to be a bit better. They said that it’s a “sand” in the ureters (i don’t know it it’s a correct translation). Much water and tea should flow it out of the body.

Oh wow dear @mish3lka, so sorry to hear what you have to go through, but now it sounds that all will go smoother. Luckily your doc had time. Now just do as he advised you to.
Problems and issues are challanges, nobody knows when and where they come from, but to stay positive and to belive in your strenght and that in the end all will work out helps me always to handle such phases, when one challange follows the other.
And I am absolutely happy to hear that the tensions are gone and the pain is away. Take a big big hug my dear and I am impressed how strong you are.

One of my friend had the same problem because she didn’t drink enough water. I know this is really a hurting thing. I hope you’ll be fine.

Good news guys! I managed to get rid of work until birth! Monday/Tuesday I will have vacation and the rest of the week is homeoffice
I definitely decided after today’s workday, because I can’t even take my notebook to work and back, the muscle tension starts the moment I walk with the notebook in the backpack from work to my car. I can’t work without my notebook so I just need to stay at home. I won’t risk any problems for the baby.
I consulted with my husband and he agreed. Then I called my boss, we agreed on what I’ll do during the homeoffice days and it’s done!

Last Thursday had to go take mom to her post op appointment in sf, they ended up telling us their diagnosis unfortunately changed and that the mass/tumor they removed was cancerous…a sarcoma which all in all was I suppose the best we could hope for as it stays localized usually
Been in and out back and forth from sac to sf or staying in sf because they’ve been doing imaging to make sure it hadn’t spread anywhere else in her body… two days ago they said they found something little in her lung so they were keeping us there scheduled for a biopsy…in the end they decided through the imaging that it was something probably normal that they say is somewhat commonly seen and that they’re fairly certain it’s not related and fine but will monitor as time goes by
We have to go back Monday morning for a second surgery to her arm where the mass was because they want to remove more tissue to make sure no bad cells stay behind and to give her a spot radiation treatment… thankfully the outlook looks better than we could have hoped after the news though it’s still something crushing to hear at first… we’re glad thankful and relieved it’ll possibly be a long term cure…it’s just been really stressful and tiring…been sleeping three hours or so for too long haha
More than anything though trying to keep a positive outlook…
thanks to all that have cared and had me and even mom in their thoughts you’re all great I’ll pop in a little more often if I can now that things aren’t so scattered for us

Oh man, I am so sorry to hear this after the last news have had been this positive , but our medical options are so good that they can handle or heal cancer on a high rate!!
But nevertheless it’s horrible to get such a diagnosis - for her and you and the rest of the family… . These are the moments when everything else gets unimportant- and it reminds us that we are all endly and our life comes- on the one way or the other- to an end! Reminder to live each day in awareness and love!
It’s just adorable how you deal with this new situation. It’s important that you care for yourself now too and to keep your body healthy!! Means good rest, food… and for support we are all here for you always 
How is your situation? You have to work for sure on top of this what you have to handle due to the injury of your mom? Sending you strenght and all positive vibes I am able to , hug your mom too from your lpu-sister. I pray for you
