@danni1317 - like @raz7 - totes jealous you have the CD…cos I’m still waiting, and @rorybourdon, well I think hers is going to end up in Mordor…
Luckily Mike had Anna in the background, and he was able to step away when he knew he hit his limit. It was a big ask really - he only made the decision to do it a few days beforehand - and he hadn’t eaten lunch…so, this is what happens when you only have a granola bar for lunch 
You need to concentrate on looking after you - and forget 2017 - it sucked…think about all the cool things that 2018 is going to bring…because…us soldiers - we all gotta BRING IT to 2018! Cos it ain’t gonna bring itself…

I honestly wish more than anything I could have y’all here in person! I would feel so much stronger! It’s so hard feeling so alone…I know today is gonna be bad…all last night I had that sinking feeling…I could feel the tears constantly try to creep up…

So I have passed the 24hr mark of no sleep…I’m sitting here at work trying to make sense of everything. As many of u know I attempted to take my life back in Sept. For whatever reasons I did not succeed… but last night I ended up replaying that moment over and over with different endings…I don’t know why , but now I’m just in this fog and not sure what to do…especially on this day. … I can’t listen to some of my songs… Because they were the very songs I had playing when I decided to leave😩 I want to hear his voice but I don’t think I’d make it thru tonight if I did…

Calm down Danni! Deep breath and stay calm! Don’t listen to the songs for now… listen or do something else… think of what you’re doing now, not about the past…you need to move on and leave all behind you…

I’m trying, I really am… it was so surreal, so painful… and I’m just lost right now
Maybe I am not in my best moment, but you need more help than me now.
Look, there is not much to say now… Just face your ghosts and shout them that leave you alone, you are not the same Soldier of a few mouths ago. You need to remember one thing: Love. You need to try to find what makes you happy and do it now.
If I find other way to help you, I’ll do.

@danni1317, one of the best things to do if you can, is to ignore the past. I ignore the memories I had in the past and I block them. Since I had done that, it has helped me overall. Also, don’t try to listen to those songs that you can’t listen to. That is the worst thing to do.
