All the underworld films are the same to me. No idea why they keep making them.
i got only two words for ya…You’re mad
hahahha
I’m about 3 eps into s4, I have zero idea where the hell the writing is going for the plot.
I think they just made it up as they went along.
Just watched Toy Story 4, really good film. As for Lost, I started season 5 last night, didn’t think it could get anymore convoluted than it already was.
Gotta watch this one. I saw it received good reviews, even though it seems to me they’re milking the franchise by now
They kind of are, but it’s to the same quality as their other films, so it isn’t apparent unless you really look for it.
Just finished it. I’m not livid so much as apathetic. It got so mangled that I stopped caring. Lost is the biggest load of BS I’ve seen in a very long time.
I did warn you!
I know, everyone did. I got the impression that I would be totally clueless as to what was happening at the end. I managed to follow along just fine for 95% of the time, but they just kept piling nonsense on top of nonsense and explaining none of it.
By the end i think the viewer is lost…lol
the ending scene also had so many interpretations…
Watched High Life the other day, not what I expected, very boring for the most part, except some scenes which were…umm…odd to say the least. Also just watched Ad Astra, good film with a slightly anti-climactic end.
Gotta watch this one soon, it already seemed promising to me.
Continuing on my run of space films, I just watched The Wandering Earth. Good film, though it’s a Chinese film and there’s no English dub, so it means reading subtitles for 2h. That wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t go at a million miles an hour. I had to rewind the film every 10 mins just to finish reading the longer ones and missed most of the film because I was concentrating so hard on reading the subtitles before the changed.
Just watched Sully, not a bad film.
Re-watched 9 yesterday and Arrival just now. Both great films that I recommend.
Never heard of 9. Watched the trailer now. A little Terminator, mixed with Matrix, looking forward to.
Arrival I really enjoyed!
Especially cause this is a theme I try to wind my head around. That everything is already set. We can’t change it, and all the moping about ‘what if’ and doing the right choices are unnecessary.
And this not so much from an spiritual point of view but from an scientifical.
Nothing beats chilling out and catching up some original Top Gear. I mean those three!! you can’t compete with them!!!
Fun fact: origninal Top Gear actually started in 77 and finished in 01. The good TG started in 02.
Yes… there is the original Top Gear like what @the_termin8r pointed out… the good TG that we all know and love starts at 2002 up to 2015… then it all goes downhill from there…
