For the petrolheads

Yeah, according to my profile I joined on 13/8/15

The date could be wrong though. I know for a fact that it is for some of us since it started counting from 2010 when the site got updated.

If I’m honest it feels like I’ve been here for less, but it say that my first post was on the same date too.

When will Chevy realize that they keep ruining the Camaro?

The new SS and the ZL1 were the best looking ones IMO (oh and the Hennessey HPE range):

If you think, that Chevy, Ferrary or BMW mess up smth., remind yourself of this pic

That Lada pic could just as easily be replaced with a Porsche or an Aston pic and everyone will be none the wiser :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes its does, but its more like a coral snake look, Camaro has this ‘‘I will hypnotize you and then slaughter you’’ cobra look

What about Lambos? The Aventador and Reventon both have angry snake eyes and the Murcielago SV loos plain evil.

the red one seems to be “sexy” imagine: You park the car after an elegant drifting into the free space, spending motors, spending everything on it´s own, the car opens the door for ya, you can programm a welcome and good bye speech, it will tell ya, mb when leaving the car: Belive me, you´re hot hot hot!", than with these words in ya head, you can come out of the car, feel sexy and good thrue ya whole beeing, and on the other side of the street, it is ya boss, seeing ya, and get

Have never seen a Lambo. I guess, our roads are too dangerous for them. Saw a Ferrari couple of times and was not impressed though.

My wife says, I’m a weird-o but I like these old boxes:

That Lancia has pedigree. It’s a formidable rally car.

Also @The_early_walker I’m not a fan of flashy sports cars. Hence why I like the McLAren F1 so much. It’s constrained style and elegance. Yet it will annihilate just about every car out there even though it’s 22 years old.

Does anybody like the Hot Wheels die casts?

I used to have so many hotwheels, matchbox and other such cars. I still have a fair few 1:18 models.

I have a:
Citroen GT concept
Chevy Camaro SS
Jag XJ220
An Aventador
Mk1 Gallardo Superleggera
Murcielago Roadster
Mk1 R8 V8
Mk2 Viper convertible

I used to have a Cayman S and A Gran Turismo S as well.

The only one I have on show ATM is the Citroen. I used to have all of them but they were gathering way too much dust and taking too much space so they’re in storage.

Excuse the crappy pic quality

Also, I spent about a week doing a 1000 piece Veyron puzzle. I spent so long on it that I wasn’t even eating and I actually got sick.

I like HW for their small size. Easy to store. Got about 200 of them. I like to take photos, like those I posted (my DeLorean and K.I.T.T. Camaro).

About that Veyron - wow! Kinda obsession?

Not an obsession. My grandparents gave it to me as a gift and I thought I might give it a shot. As for the car, I hate it.

ot hope you´ll be better soon Rob, @the_termin8r1 what sickness???:mask:

I used to have this one like 14 years ago.
Chose it, because it was the most detailed model.the hardest part occured painting though
