There’s always some nerd who flags instead of just scrolling down. That’s the whole point of an online forum, you can ignore stuff you don’t like - unlike real life where you have to confront it 
Haha! I think this entirely depends on what people are looking for when joining this forum. If it’s for random stuff and games then yes. But if it’s about LP related discussions then no!

Nah. You should always confront people if their act actively impacts you. Ignoring such acts like a fuel. I dont care if you want to burn your house but keep the flames to yourself. Even here, the same rules should apply.

This is a forum about Linkin Park. Hardly life changing. People online get offended easily and pick too many fights.
