7th studio album announced

Exactly how is Fallout meets Dragon Age Elder Scrolls??? Are you comparing Feral Ghouls with the giants of Skyrim? Are you comparing the deep character development from Dragon Age with the ugly ass characters of Skyrim? Give me a break.

Elder Scrolls Online is an insult to what Oblivion and Skyrim used to be, to start with. Sorry, you do not impress me with your Elder Scrolls boo-ha little man.

And I am not a sir, thank you very much.

I see you are taking a hostile, derogative approach to responding to me over the topic of a VIDEOGAME.

This forum is for adults. Please keep it that way.

P.S.: ESO isn’t trying to be a single player Elder Scrolls game, so don’t expect as such. It’s an MMO, not a single player game, nor is it developed by Bethesda.

@samuel_the_leader what a horror show, dumdeledidledum hihi (Phoenix) please stay and play your bass guitar

Hey ho, keep it clean mr tenkaichi, if the people here wanna talk about lp newest realises, that pl respect that even as an adult person, shall we show you how to create a new topic or are you clear with it?

What did I just read? What…?

@Tenkaichi: Throwing in the adult card while you still have so much growing up to do? You’re a funny kid! I’m sorry that you are not able to have a healthy discussion without feeling offended. But you’ll learn while you grow older

@The_early_walker
You are right my friend. The original topic of this thread was about Linkin Park’s new album. Although I too enjoy talking about video games, maybe making another forum thread would be a better option.

Going back on topic:
I know it’s been said before; But wouldn’t it be awesome if Linkin Park did some collaborations on their new album?

I’m still hoping for an Eminem appearance on the 7th album. I was quite surprised when I read in an interview somewhere, that Mike Shinoda said he isn’t sure whether LP and Em would be a good match, because he wasn’t sure how the fanbase would respond to it.What do you guys think?

Eminem huh? I remember this interview… Mike speaks very fondly of Em and seems like he wants to do a collaboration with him at some point. I’d prefer it if he did it for FM (if he ever decides to bring them back) cause I don’t think it’d fit in a LP album (not a fan of Rakim’s appereance on THP either).

In general though, I’d love to see them collaborate or even tour with a few of these artists: Rise Against (dream tour of mine, so bummed it was cancelled), Aveneged Sevenfold (no idea why they haven’t seriously gotten together yet since they’ve been friends since high school), Of Mice And Men (again, yes!), Funeral For A Friend (they brought them out as special guests in a few of their shows back in 2009 and they were SO good!), Muse, Stone Sour (Slipknot not so much), Thousand Foot Krutch, U2 (cause I love Bono and think he’s awesome lol), Red Hot Chili Peppers (best live band there is out there, combine them with LP and boom! Best show ever!), Dangerkids…
If I keep going I’ll never stop! We just need another PR to happen and include all those bands! Haha!

Oh yes, that’s the interview I’m talking about! Thanks so much  I love how Mike even says he would just make a beat and let Em do the rap. So humble.

If Em appeared on the next FM album, that’d be dope too. I do think LP and Em would fit, though. Eminem’s done some rap tunes with rock elements in them before. I can just imagine a “High Voltage” kind of track with Em’s contribution to it, in my head it sounds amazing.

I personally thought Rakim’s appearance on THP was dope. Rock and rap, I just love that.

A collab with Avenged Sevenfold and Of Mice And Men? lol, Instagram anyone? No but seriously, that would indeed be very dope.

Oh I love rap and rock too but the moment I heard Mike rap instead of Rakim I was like, nope! Erase that and have Mike rap it instead.

I was literally freaking out when they did that little jam session at the house. I wish it’d lead to something serious in the future.

I know what you mean, when I heard Mike rapping in Rakim’s place I somehow feel kind of proud of how he owns the track like the boss he is

Yeah, it’s the thing he does best.

@Gatsie: “Sorry, you do not impress me with your Elder Scrolls boo-ha little man.”

Nothing I said indicated I was acting anything other than an adult, while you on the other hand resorted to a derogative remark toward me. Don’t think you’re going to be flipping the tables on me and making me look like the less-professional one here. You clearly took our brief videogame discussion very personally and seriously. Furthermore, I referred to you as “sir” as a sign of respect. There was no way for me to know your gender.

I’ve stated my piece and will not further contribute to that negativity.

Now I can enjoy the topic again. So, what’s this about Mike rapping in Rakim’s place? Can I get a link please?

However to keep a forum clean is like ignoring everything else but the topic. So to me it would be great, if they do sth together with, maybe chris cornell, another great singer with in my opinion a style that would fit with lp, wasnt there a song he and chester sing together? Sh… idon´t remember…
love ya all and all topics, but everything at the right part, Ya see, I´m german and :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: iwe like things tidy lol hahaahahahaha

Mike rapping Rakim’s part (Any GATS live performance):

@Tenkaichi; You know what?

Oooh btw, I found the other part of the LP+OM&M+A7X jam session:

Seriously, they should just record their jamsessions on an actual album. Would be neat-o

@The_early_walker They did Crawling together and Hunger Strike.

@Gatsie Yeah, that jam session was awesome. It’s nice seeing friends just fool around and have such a good time at a party (and entertain everyone else there).

Thanks Samuel. Always wanted to see that.

yes hungerstrike, was it great, or?

I’ve no idea. I haven’t watched any videos of it or anything. I’m not a fan of Chris Cornel so I never bothered.

god save taste is unique! What do you like most, after LP?

I’ve mentioned a few bands in a previous comment, I love of those and many many more, the list is endless. My most favorite after LP is basically a tie between Rise Against and Avenged Sevenfold. Of Mice And Men is a close 2nd too though, I’ve been listening to them a lot lately.
