Hey team,

I was wondering if anyone could help me? When I bought my tickets to LP in Auckland, NZ, I bought a LPU Plus pass with the ticket, however when I redeemed the code it only gave me a standard membership. As well as this being a smaller merch pack, I also am not able to get my free Summit pass as should be part of my membership.

Who can fix this problem?

Try getting in touch with a member of the (ctrl) team. They’re known as mods on here, its probably just a mess up, but they would be your best bet.
