Will LP do a remix album for The Hunting Party?

Thanks man. Appreciated. Yes, I’ve heard of all 3.

I hope you’re being sarcastic

I know that, what I meant is that I think they won’t do a remix album for THP because they have already done an album based on THP

well, you’re right, with LP anything is possible xD

That album has many songs that mean a lot to me but overall it is amazing. It has everything, it’s so damn different in every aspect, I just love it. They worked their asses off on it, faced many challenges, got a bunch of bad comments about it but stuck with it, did what they felt like doing. ATS is, to me, the album that re-shaped LP (in both good and bad ways).

And then THP reshaped them again. But yes, I agree that it’s an album that means more with age and wisdom. I’ll see it differently in 5-10 years.

It can’t be described… It’s not just and album with a songs, it’s more a concept album. Atmosphere is disquieting, interesting, it’s a bit dark. Music is perfectly finished. This album is like one long song. It’s like a journey, you should listen it from front to back, because it’s not the same if you aren’t listening it from “The Requiem” to “The Messenger”. As I said earlier, I can’t describe it. Just listen to it and try understand. Listening it with headphones and closed eyes is always an incredible experience

I’ve listened to it plenty, come on, only the biggest LP fans sign up and are active on their forums. But I’ll try it with my eyes closed lying down, eyes closed, dark room. I personally hate how When They Come For Me ends.

I think they’re most likely gonna do another rock album, a little bit more electronics this time. Maybe not as hard, but there will be the hard songs, the soft, and the weird.

I agree with you @Tenkaichi Tenkaichi it could be better to create a new ending, BUT how often do you hear of someone just doing a new ending of a song just because a couple of people do not like it?

I don’t expect a new ending. A year later bro, come on.

OT Where is @xTirea in hibernation? partying with @intheend I guess :sunglasses:

Uhh…Rick Rubin’s involvement on Living Things was considerably diminished compared to the previous two albums, and his only involvement on Recharged was the one track that he contributed a remix for. The EDM-driven direction of Recharged was absolutely 100% the band’s idea.

Edit Yay for people who randomly bump year-old threads, double yay for the forum layout making it damn near impossible to notice the post dates so I could actually discern that this wasn’t worth replying to.

ot hahaha, hi @astat: and even if it make you post something, it is worth it, the thread, we knew then you are well…dude :grinning:
