Hey I bought 2 tickets for a concert at the 17.11.2014 in Frankfurt.
It says I have to get my tickets from the office before the concert starts.
But I don’t know where this office is there and what opening-times it has.
Does someone know something?
That will-call-name thing is kind of confusing 
I wonder where you bought your tickets. Can you tell? Because as far as I know the official seller was Eventime and they sent the tickets by mail. Or did you ordered the tickets just very late, so that they can’t sent them via mail anymore?
