Subscribe to their mailing list. When you do you will receive the emails.
Also make sure that all of the stuff on this page (well, the stuff you want at least) is checked: http://linkinpark.com/account/notifications
Don’t forget to check the Spam/Junk folder some email clients really have a bad filter.
