Wow, what a great picture!
Tucked away behind our church is a basketball court. I’ve logged so many hours here as a kid, and through my teens. Now, it’s just a shell of its former self.
In the summertime, along that fence, there would sit a set of bleachers and a couple benches. There used to be a summer basketball league here, where grade school kids would play all season long. Over the years, though, nobody’s bothered to maintain the equipment.
You can’t see it now, but in this corner, there’s a gap under the fence. This was an infamous corner, where kids would have to chase their balls down once they rolled under the fence.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the train backing in, let alone in motion all the times I’ve ridden through here.

Today at my father’s apartment (7th floor) a pigeon came to visit us.

The river again but it’s not the same section. I took my car to go to 2 cemeteries outside the town and see the river in the area of the old wooden bridge.
