It’s more of a faff to get out and use quickly. I could also carry an arc lighter, those give a really nasty shock and can set fire to things. I’ve zapped myself by accident before.

What’s that supposed to mean? I saw what looked like blue-ish green flames and asked if you burned copper to get the colour.
