How can you like bees but hate spiders? Bees are worse cause the chase after you :sweat_smile:

What? No they don’t, not unless you piss them off.

Exactly like Rob said…

Exactly. They live in the ground, and when I mow over their hole they chase me.

I’m not sure those are bees. Pretty sure wasps have underground hives at times.

No, they are yellow jackets, they live underground here as well as in hives.

Here’s the differences:

ape-e-vespa

Ape= bee
Vespa= wasp

Also bees are not aggressive as wasps.

Lol, I think I know the difference between a bee and wasp :sweat_smile: as I said, these are yellow jackets

Looks like this just a little different shade in the color, but yellow jackets are considered bees here not wasps

Umm… I don’t know if the translation I did is right…but :honeybee: -->> honeybee are only that specific one, the others are various kind of wasps… :woman_shrugging:

@the_termin8r is it like that in UK too?now I’m curious…

Is it like what?

I don’t know if ‘yellow jacket’ is a general term or a technical designation.
