Best of luck saving it momma wouldn’t want it back though even if you found the nest…you’re giving it a chance and that counts for something

Cannibalism
I knew it! I knew you will write about that!
Does it bother you?
not at all
I just thought about going all Lilo on it
I’m more concerned about having bitten the hook you left for me
Thanks @evooba for the advice…I searched and searched, but where I am there aren’t local wild life centers, unless the one that’s 2h away…There are centers for stray cats and dogs, but not for wild animals… I can bring it to the local forest ranger that maybe could bring it there, but obviously and sadly they won’t drive 2 h for a lil sparrow that could die anytime…I mean it’s not an eagle or a hawk or another undangerate animal… so I’m trying my best and seems that it’s alive… almost 2 days with me… but really don’t know what could happen…
That’s all…
@framos1792 I think you’re right, maybe it was left alone because it’s the weaker between its brothers and sisters…like sometimes happen in nature…
Thank you all for the support!

Today.
My dad and I just returned home after spending the last couple nights camping. We hiked close to ten miles (16 km) yesterday as we climbed up a mountain and back, then hiking to a pond and back.
This is the view from the top of Chimney Mountain. My dad took a picture of where I was standing, I’ll have to pull it off his camera.
Edit:
This was at our campfire this morning. We had a visitor.
Today we put our kayaks into a lake and paddled around for a couple hours. (that’s my dad ahead of me in the first photo)
Yes, that’s my LP bag on the seat of my boat.
We stopped at a campsite on the lake for lunch, and there was a hammock, though, I wouldn’t trust that thing if my life depended on it.
Edit from my dad’s camera:
This loon was putting on a show by the time we returned to the parking lot.
Did the visitor stay for dinner?
Actually, breakfast as we were breaking down camp this morning.
It’s going to pour down!
I wish, the other day I saw some of the blackest clouds I’ve ever seen in my life and we got no rain.
It rained here last night… I hope it does tonight too. We so need it! I hate seeing all the parks turn yellow.
One of my neighbours’ gardens looks like the savanna.
Yesterday, reminded me of a rainbow but storm clouds instead
Same for our garden Actually I think the entire country might be a savannah right now
Today:
you guys have savanna in your gardens and I’m here happy when the rain stops at least when we go to training
