Next good sky I get, I’ll post the normal and darkened versions. By darkening them, I mean dropping the exposure before taking the pic, not editing after they’re taken.

Not all of my pics are at min brightness, but most are altered.

I actually lower the brightness in most of my sunset pics to ge the detail in the clouds, they look good in real life, but my pics aren’t realistic. My eyes see the detial in the clouds but at the correct brightness.

Yep. I do the same with snapseed. It actually enhances it’s beautiful. Low brightness… sometimes increase highlights and Saturation… goes perfect.
