What was the first song by Linkin Park you've ever heared?

I can’t remember what my first LP song was, because i was too young. My brother and sister listened to Linkin Park when I was little, so I grew up with them but I became a huge fan with Minutes to Midnight - Bleed it out.
BiO is the first song I can remember.

I first saw the video for the song “Numb”. I watched with open mouth. I was delighted and could not tear his eyes away. It was love at first sight. Running through the body shivers. I was 13 years old (time was in 2003). I still do not cease to admire. And do not forget the feeling when I first heard the LP. At that moment I thought - oh, their music coincides with my soul. Their music has become an integral part of my mental attitude. – Excuse me wrote a translator.

Faint. Its been my favorite LP song since then

Very very first song that I heard from LP? Well… I was seven at the time and I remember that my older sister bought Hybrid Theory and some weird way the intro of Papercut is stuck in my head in a way that makes me think that it is very first LP song I’ve heard

In the end while I was on my school bus in the morning but I didnt have a computer with fast internet at the time so I couldnt search it up and such. I was like that is an amazing song but I didnt figure it out until later when my friends were going bonkers over it also.

Mine was Numb too!!! It was the first ever song i heard by them, and i fell in love with it and every other song

Crawling, my siblings played it for me and I’ve been hooked ever since.

One Step Closer - it was the first single released from HT. I’m old so I didn’t have to hear it from siblings or anything [biggrin]

Mine was Numb as well. I was seven years old and was at my cousin’s house when she started singing it. I asked her to download it for me and since then I started hearing more and more songs from the band.

If my memory is right, the first 2 songs that I hear were In The End and Numb

It was One Step Closer…I was in High School and it was the music video on MTV

The first song of LP that I heard was numb.

It was so awesome to hear that song the first time and I have never heard such a great sound.

And then I began to be a fan

One Step Closer !!.. and it was over from there. Been a die hard fan since!! = ]

mine was crawling. it became my favorite song for over 7 years. then it was replaced with what ive done

“In The End” back in 2007. Minutes to Midnight was almost getting released and I’ve heard In The End on the internet, before I even heard about the album.

Crawling

Numb; I got my cousin’s ipod with all her music still on it and I couldn’t stop listening to it (I would even dance around to it haha).

Papercut… My step-brother bought their CD and I was like, “Who is this?”
And he said, “Holy shit, you don’t know who these guys are??”
“Nope”
“Well lets plug this in and see what you think.”
Before then I was a pretty big Limp Bizkit fan, so I was a fan of the Rap/Rock genre

I heard Papercut for the first time and I was BLOWN AWAY. I thought to myself, “This is a HELL of a lot better than LB.”

So the next songs I heard for the first time were these in this order LOL:

  1. “One Step Closer”
  2. “With You”
  3. “Points of Authority”
  4. “Crawling”
  5. “Runaway”
  6. “By Myself”
  7. “In the End”
  8. “A Place for My Head”
  9. "Forgotten"

  10. "Cure for the Itch"

  11. "Pushing Me Away"

After that, I was HOOKED

LP for life!!

The first Linkin Park song I ever heard was Breaking the Habit. I was flicking through music channels and saw an anime video, which made me pause to watch it. Fell in love with the song right there and then.

After some clicking on the internet, heard Numb and decided that I wanted the album for Christmas. Definitely the most memorable Christmas I have, mostly spent listening to Meteora and playing Spyro the Dragon.

For me it was In The End. 12 years ago my friend was at my house and told me there was an awesome song I just had to hear, and he showed me the music video. It was one of best things that hapened to me as a child.
