I finally changed out the rubbish energy saver bulbs in my room for LEDs, they’re so bright, it’s so much better than before. There’s only a slight issue, they mess with my eyes when they’re on. When I move my head it feels like I’ve got a frame rate drop in my eyes; I’m assuming it’s something to do with their operating frequency not being 50Hz as I think they have an internal control circuit. It’s just something to get used to.
