As to my post I meant I’ve been stuck in bed all day and it’s very difficult not to be doing something more active :confused:
The week has been hard physically but nothing I hadn’t had before but after yesterday, I’m sore like ground beef from head to toe- anything I move hurts like hell lol then I laugh and it hurts more and makes me laugh more and it’s just bad haha

Yes, all well myside - just woke up with an idea for the text I wanna share for the video @NickGr has informed about in his thread… and somehow I woke up with that dream. With an idea for what I write on the -poster for the vid, btw, do you - and in case you do- what do you do?I don’t know- but sharing these deep things we share witch each other, in the lil island called lpu- and that’s whats on my mind at the moment, it’s a great chance to finally give back to the band and sure especially to Mike - after the ep #postdepression is the hashtag guys- let’s spread the world - yeah, and that’s what I am up to as I woke up. One for the other and all for Mike :heavy_heart_exclamation:

@melisLP I wasn’t sure if you were asking me or pat’s use of the blur function haha but me, I’ve had back issues for a while(sciatica hips back-I’m an old man haha), this week had been pretty bad so finally went to get it fixed, I left great but he warned me it was coming for a couple days
