Meditate a bit with your breathing… :worried: I’m sorry you have to be going through that and probably more times than most…the breathing though…it helps…it takes a good while but it will help-that or do push ups sit ups until you’re blank inside-it was me 12 hours ago haha

@rorybourdon You don’t have an easy job. It’s normal to react like this after something like that.

You have done what you can for this family (like try to not cry) and that’s huge. You can be proud of you for that.

We can’t stop life, and therefore death. So the most important thing is to do our best, as much as we can. Watch a good TV serie, a movie or something you like. Then, even if you don’t sleep, just go to bed and close your eyes. It’s better than nothing. :pray: :kissing_heart:

My flat mate forgot the heating on so I woke up cause the house is freaking boiling. I’m cooling it down, have the windows open for 15min, so I can go back to sleep. I need to be up in 3 hours :frowning:
